Formerly known as Dubai International Hotel Apartments the Dubai Trade Centre Hotel Apartments are situated next to the Dubai World Trade Centre Tower and the Dubai International Exhibition Centre on Sheikh Zayed Road. These 492 fully-serviced apartments provide the most attractive residential complex in Dubai, and are managed and owned by the Dubai World Trade Centre.

The apartments are available on a daily, weekly, monthly or annual basis. The one, two or three bedroom apartments are serviced by housekeeping, security and engineering staff.

Each apartment is fully furnished, air-conditioned and equipped with modern services and appliances. Among the excellent facilities provided are the twice weekly housekeeping and 24-hour security services. The experienced receptionists handle all mail and messages while engineering staff are on duty 24 hours a day.

The Apartments Club is located behind the Apartments and provides tenants with a recreation area within relaxed landscaped gardens including swimming pools, Jacuzzi, squash courts, sauna, steam room, tennis courts, gymnasium, bar area and a dining room. Tenants of the Hotel Apartments automatically become members of the club (Dhs. 40/- per person as membership card processing fee will apply).

The Apartments Club also features the Palm Garden which can entertain up to a thousand guests in a beautiful open air setting.
